The company also said it acquired the brand Mistic ™ electronic cigarettes for an undisclosed amount, and provided an investment partner to support its business in the long term.

Mistic ™ acquisition is crucial for the strategic objective Ballantyne brands “to become the top supplier of e-cigarettes in the market, and provides the company with the brand, which now has a net worth in the market and a strong customer base. The company also has the full support of our suppliers and, as demand increases, will be able to use their production capacity.
Electronic cigarettes are an alternative to traditional tobacco products. Ballantyne Brands distributes its electronic cigarettes across the country. NEO ™ and Mistic ™ electronic cigarettes, commonly called e-cigarettes are available in both traditional tobacco and menthol flavors. They also offer rechargeable and non-rechargeable options.
